Turn on a Dime, BlueNose II

CA$995.00

Do you have a dime? Have you ever seen the replica of the most famous ship in Canadian history that soared through North Atlantic waters once upon a time ago? The Bluenose was both a fishing and racing vessel in the 1920s and 1930s that was known for its incredible speed. It achieved many sailing championships of fishing fleets and held the record for the largest catch of fish brought in to it’s home of Lunenburg. I had the joy of watching the tall ships as they sailed through Halifax’s harbour as well as having a tour on the replica itself. The history of this vessel is incredible!!! This piece would style any ship lover’s walls! 24x30 acrylic on 1.5 inch birch panel with sides stained in lovely walnut for added natural frame.

SHIPPING: To purchase, add to cart and select “Extra Large Painting” as the shipping option at check out. If shipping outside of Canada, please contact me for shipping options. If you would like to pick up at the Studio in Port Perry, Ontario, please select “Studio Pick-up” shipping option, and you will not be charged for shipping costs.

Please allow 9-12 business days for shipping. Each piece is packaged and shipped with care. Please know I will make every possible effort to package your painting to keep it safe during its travels to your destination.
